Courses can be developed to meet specific company or team needs. Courses are intensive and held in-house. Courses are usually held over one or two days in the client company.

Our trainer, Neal Cooper has worked as a consultant for Royal Bank of Scotland, Natwest Bank, Yahoo!, Network Rail, Société Générale, Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch & Cie Banquiers Privés and other private Swiss banks. He coaches senior managers and has worked as a dialogue coach under the direction of Bernardo Bertolucci, John Mackenzie and other film directors, and with actors such as Jonathan Rhys Meyers. His public-speaking clients include the renowned chef Anton Mosimann. Neal is also involved in leadership development programmes and development centres at Network Rail and Royal Bank of Scotland Insurance. Participants who have attended Neal’s courses speak of his enthusiasm, professionalism and his ability to inspire. Neal is bilingual French and English. He is also a trained opera singer.
