Immersion programmes for professional people
in English-speaking countries

Our immersion courses can be taken in small groups, combined courses (private and group lessons) or with your own private one-to-one trainer.

Our courses such as English for International Business in the UK suit most managers and executives in the business and professional sectors. For those who work in the service sector such as doctors, IT specialists, academics, teachers etc… we recommend our Communicating Effectively in English courses which has less of a business focus.

We also offer specialised courses for lawyers, bankers, secretaries and personal assistants, legal secretaries, human resources professionals, engineers, public sector managers…

We also have courses for those finishing their studies or starting off their careers: Young Business English, English for Young Lawyers, Cambridge business and general English exams.

We recommend a combination of group and private lessons for our clients who have only a short time. Courses are usually between two and four weeks. We recommend two weeks as the minimum course duration. Generally we recommend a max of about 30 hours of training per week.

Our training centres are small to medium-sized, dedicated professional centres with a personalised approach to training. They have highly experienced trainers and excellent client services that include a wide range of accommodation options and regular social and cultural activities during the week.

Two of our preferred training centres in the UK are The London School of English and Trebinhsun
House in Wales.

Our courses are designed to meet the professional and comfort needs of our clients. We believe our clients must be comfortable and relaxed to learn at their optimum. We offer a range of quality executive accommodation with private bathroom, meal options and social and cultural activities and internet access.

For a proposal and interview choose appropriate training plan:

“We are always speaking English; from breakfast to bedtime. You almost always have a teacher with you. Now I’m more confident.
I work hard, and I'm very tired in the evening. However, I can believe that I'm on holiday…The food is better (much better) than expected. Many students come here for the second time or more.”

“My time in London was well worth it. I sense a big difference in my confidence and fluency in English. I can explain myself better in presentations and meetings without having to think too much about my language. The teachers were excellent. I had small group courses with between 3 and 5 participants and also private lessons. I also visited the London Stock Exchange, Metals Exchange and new Docklands with my private teacher. My Executive Homestay family was very friendly and close to the school. Overall it was a successful and rewarding experience. My thanks to The Language House for the choice and organisation of this training course”

“The two-week immersion course exceeded my expectations. I improved my confidence and grasp of English. I'm waiting for the next opportunity to go back.
I especially enjoyed the richness of the small group synergy. We shared different cultural perspectives and our professional backgrounds and experience…”
