The London School of English Executive Centre in Holland Park is dedicated to business and professional clients. Its clients are professionals whose objective is to develop communication skills that can be used with greater success in their international work environment. The centre is in a fine building in one of the best residential areas of London - just 15 minutes by underground from the centre of London.

The London School of English offers:

The Holland Park centre is relatively small with a capacity of 100 clients. Class sizes are small. Most clients study between 2 and 6 weeks. Many opt for combined lessons - group classes in the morning and private lessons in the afternoon. Courses are between 24 and 30 hours per week. The average client age is about 40.

There is a fully-dedicated Business Centre with unlimited high speed internet access, laptop download points, fax service, photocopying, journals, reference books. There is a multimedia computer room with assisted learning exercises, language laboratories, video conferencing, listening library, multimedia projectors. There are audio and video facilities in each classroom and video cameras for class use. There is also an excellent restaurant on the premises.

The London School of English offers a full range of accommodation options - homestay, hotel, apartments, student residences. Most clients choose homestay close to the school. There are two types of homestay: Silver and Gold. Gold offers a particularly high level of comfort including private bathroom.

Both Homestay options include:
• Bed and breakfast
• Half-board
• Bed, breakfast and occasional meals by arrangement with your host. (We recommend this options as it gives you the freedom to either eat out with friends or colleagues or eat with your homestay host.)

Getting there:
The closest airport is Heathrow. You can be picked up and taken to your accommodation or make your own way by public transport. Airport transport is also offered at other airports.

Canterbury Language Training is a language learning centre devoted to providing services to the business world.
This intimate training centre in the historic city of Canterbury (population: 40,000) takes in no more than 24 participants at any one time. Participants are guaranteed a highly professional and individualised environment that is demanding and at the same time supportive.

Managing director Maureen Gough who has 20 years experience in business and professional language training is actively involved in each participant's programme. She heads a small team of trainers based in a comfortable and historic building within the town walls of the old city of Canterbury and only a short walk from the magnificent cathedral. Most of the materials used at CLT have been developed by Maureen and her team in response to the needs of their clients.

Specialist programmes include Marketing, Sales, Finance and Banking, HR, Engineering, IT, Production, Project Planning and business fields such as Automotive, Electronics, Energy, Financial Services, Logistics, Pharmaceuticals, Publishing, Retailing and Telecoms among many others. We train executives and professionals from small and medium-size enterprises as well as larger corporations, public and private sectors.

CLT offers:

All courses are highly intensive. A normal day provides six hours of training and a further 1.5 hours with CLT staff at lunch in local restaurants. Most clients stay for between 2 and 4 weeks. All course participants make a videoed presentation towards the end of their course. CLT sends a copy of this to them after they leave with detailed corrections, suggested improvements and reformulation.
